We promptly launched an investigation, with the assistance of third-party cybersecurity specialists, to determine the nature and scope of the event and learned that, between October 31, 2023 and November 10, 2023, an unauthorized actor gained access to certain Great Valley systems and may have viewed or taken certain information contained in those systems. On November 21, 2023, the investigation also determined that the information potentially accessible during the event may have included personal information. “
