Tigard residents’ personal information could have been exposed in cybersecurity incident

“Tigard officials are warning residents that some of their personal information could have been compromised in a cybersecurity incident.“

“On Tuesday afternoon, the City of Tigard announced that its emergency notification vendor — known as OnSolve or Crisis24 — experienced a nationwide service disruption that could have impacted its CodeRED alert system. “

“Names, email addresses, passwords, phone numbers and addresses could have been exposed in the cybersecurity incident, according to the city. Officials urged residents with passwords on their CodeRED accounts to immediately change their passwords, and told those without passwords that “no action is required.” “
