Attackers were able to access protected health information of patients who had received dental and healthcare services at the health center." -"Patients who had received dental services prior to Aug. 31, 2020, had their names, birthdates, insurance card numbers, driver’s license numbers, and copies of their insurance cards and driver’s licenses compromised.
