According to sources, Glynn County (a Government organization in Georgia) was hit with a cyber attack. It was first reported on 2023-10-21.
“Glynn County government offices were the target Thursday morning of a cyber “incident” that affected operations, including a county commission meeting later in the day. “
“The Glynn County Information Technology (IT) Department detected the attack around 8:30 a.m. after receiving reports of degraded services. “
““IT has taken immediate action to address this situation and ensure the safety and security of its digital infrastructure,” said Katie Baasen, the county’s public information officer. “
